  I purchased the item on July 30 and it finally arrived on August 25….from AMAZON. I reached out several times asking for the shipping information which they responded and told me they would provide later. The shipping dates definitely didn’t align to the time it actually took to get the item. They didn’t even have the item that they had listed! Buyers beware as this is a seller I would NEVER purchase from again…. I should just go on Amazon apparently. Extremely disappointed.

  Oh my, I just realized I canceled this item before it shipped because it was the wrong item. However the seller is great and very good because the matter was immediately resolved, thos was a very positive experience that exceeded and surpassed my expectations.

  Received the wrong item. Thayer admitted made mistake. Offered me 15% discount if would buy again. Told no want item or refund. Now want me to send item back than will send new one or refund. All I wanted and told the item or refund. Any other businesses have politely sent the correct item with mistake.
