My order date is Dec 21, 2023 (US$770) , after I kept conecting with the seller , finally the seller reply me that can not arrang shipment and would like to refund Feb 2, 2024. I don't receive the seller refund today(Fed 15 ,2024), so I have no choice but to keep connecting with the seller , meanwhile , I report to Ebay customer-help to try to get the refund.
