    I ordered 2 ponytails. Received 2, ONE was completely wrong color. I reached out to seller. They told me to “sell it to my friends” and they would give me 15% off. I contacted eBay, who says “don’t worry, we have your back. Money back guarantee “. That is a lie, they were no help at all. Screwed out of money.
