  I'm writing more about the seller than the Waterpik Flosser. The package arrived on time. I accepted the item in a damaged packing box. Unfortunately the device had sustained some damage and the part that held fluid leaked water. I informed Ladonna and sent a picture and video. After reviewing the evidence, she immediately granted a refund without further questions. I really appreciate her quick and professional response and would work with her again. Dee

  I am provisionally providing a very high rating because of the initial dealings with the seller (given the excellent pricing and rapid delivery). The item has not been operated yet as it is intended as a surprise Christmas present for my granddaughter. Therefore I cannot currently judge the product's operational condition. However, the packaging was sturdy and undamaged upon arrival so I am highly optimistic that the camera will be in perfect condition when opened.
