  Ordered 4 of the same. Couldn't even handle that. Sent 2 of what I ordered and 2 of what I didn't ordered. 1 of the items that I did order was damaged from them stuffing them into a to small of a box And instead of just sending the 2 items that was owed, they refund my money as if that makes up for the incompetence when all I wanted was what I ordered. Now I can't finish a job, I have to wait more time n I'm the one that looks bad. Not them. Order from somewhere else.

  We ask this customer to send us pictures of the parts received because we inspect items before being shipped out and this way we could show our shipping team the issue and this customer was very rude and informed us that it wasn't inspected. We are humans and we do make mistakes so we choose to let this customer keep all parts and refund the customer their money. We are very professional and customer service is our number one and we do double check everything we ship.
