    Pella original door handle set for active door lock system arrived in excellent condition. Because I was purchasing multiple items and it was a legacy door handle, the seller confirmed it would fit before shipping (since they have a no return policy). The seller also physically identified and provided 4 sets of identical keys from their inventory when Pella wasn't willing or able to do so. These lock sets can't be rekeyed to match. Seller responded quickly to all inquiries. Great service!

    This is a top of the line seller! I ordered a hinge in March and it arrived a few days later. I tried to cut corners and order from another seller (never received item) but I ended up coming back to this seller who provided the best product, prompt service and value. I really appreciate the service and no more cutting corners, I look forward to doing business again in the future.
