  Nice packing job, and the item was received was better than described & pictured. No cables were included but I was ok with it when communicated. Took almost a month to ship out, but in the end was worth the wait Vs. any negative actions experienced in this transaction. Seller I think also was ill and not feeling well. I will buy from again!

  This was my second item I ordered from this seller. The first arrived in great condition. This one, however, the United States Postal service made a mistake and was unable to ship to my address. The seller was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and did everything they could to make things right(and everything worked out in the end). You can have the peace of mind with this seller knowing they will take care of you if anything happens to your order.

  I told the seller that I was in a hurry for this item and they shipped express. It came from Japan in two days! It also included some accessories that weren't listed in the description. So I am very pleased with this seller!

  Proceed with caution. Communication was fine. I think there is a significant language barrier that is difficult to overcome. What I received is in working condition though not as thoroughly as the original description would suggest. I asked if what was in the photo was what I was going to receive. They said yes. It is not exactly. Handling time was about three weeks and they input the wrong tracking number at first. It was a good price, but I guess you get what you pay for.

  The item had 4 faders that were broken (looks like it was during shipping). The box was flattened... The seller offered me a discount to keep it but it was not something I could fix myself and too costly to get repaired. They graciously accepted it back. The seller was GREAT!

  Friendly and helpful seller, only his quick replies 'Thank you for contacting us' to achieve good answer statistics can be a bit annoying when real information was requested. Otherwise perfect, good packaging, item working perfectly as described. Shipment was incredibly fast. Once shipped by Japan Post it arrived to me in Germany in the 2nd day! Very much recommended seller!
