It’s a delicate, thin glass that’s beautifully shaded and has a sophisticated sakura leaf pattern. Just gorgeous. It arrived in brand new condition in its original packaging and Starbucks box. The seller proactively contacted me about shipping notifications, too, which I really appreciated. My experience with this seller was excellent, and the item quality is top notch. But, the photocard was slightly damaged because the packaging came a little damaged too. I think it happened during the shipping process, it wasn't the seller's fault. When I addressed it, the seller was very nice and understanding and accommodated to my request. I received a partial refund for that. It happened for the first time for both of us, so I felt bad. But, I will certainly buy from the again because of their customer service!
