  Seller was good at communicating since there were problems beyond their control due to the weather and with USPS and other carrier deliveries this spring. They beat the package to heck, but the owner was kind enough to ship another cane when they damaged mine. The quality of the sturdy cane is well above most knock-off pieces and the weight is solid. I really needed it. Thanks

  I have ordered this item from this seller before and it is just as pictured. Unfortunately, this time I ordered and they sent me the wrong item. I sent the item back and they did not send replacement items. They fulfilled a second order I made, but didn't fulfill the initial order. I tried to contact seller, but got no response and it has been almost a week. So its not a matter of the item quality, its more the customer service.

  BUYER BEWARE!! TRASH PRODUCT AND SELLER!!! I NEVER leave negative feedback but I received the item completely broken and unusable. Box was beat up and open. I opened a return/refund request and NO RESPONSE FROM SELLER. eBay initiated and granted me a full refund after a week of waiting for seller to respond. DEADBEAT SELLER, STAY AWAY!!!!!

  This knife I bought is pretty cool, maybe even nicer than I expected, I arrived right on time and packaged well with the knifed oiled and in one and the sheath bagged with a desiccant pouch. I’m very pleased and hope to do more business with this seller

  My umbrella “sword” arrived exactly as described and shipped very quickly. The package got delayed due to some post office delays, but nothing the shipper can do once they get it in the mail, and it still ended up arriving just before Christmas!
