  Shipping & packing. Big lot of action figures all dumped into a box with no packing materials or protection other than some paper threw on top. One figure arrived broken, luckily there was only one broken and not more. Over charged on shipping. Please learn to pack items carefully & not over charge on shipping. Please learn from your feedback. No one wants the items they bought to be dumped in a box with no protection. Learn to pack items securely and safely.

  Item was not packed properly and arrived crushed. The shipping charge was $8.30, more than double the actual shipping cost. When I contacted the seller, they promised a partial refund, but multiple attempts to ensure follow-through resulted in nothing. Sad. Seller needs to package more carefully—and charge for shipping more honestly.
