  As a seller, I am grateful for kind and encouraging words when something goes wrong in shipping that isn't my fault. Now it's my turn to pay it forward. I purchased a graded 1908 S Indian Head penny for a set I was building but it was stolen from my package by a thieving postal employee. Instead of challenging me, this cool seller explained the problem he was working, and then immediately refunded all my money. That's going beyond what's expected from sellers. I'll be a customer again soon.

  Ordered quantity 3 Kidde 30CUA10-V Smoke + CO detectors. Received only 1. I emailed the seller and got no response. I opened a case with eBay about the missing items. Seller responded to that a day later, and immediately shipped the missing 2 items. However, one of those was an open box item, not NEW as was advertised. I'm disappointed with this seller.

  Seller sent me the wrong Broad heads then the one pictured..not a big deal but when I contacted the seller I haven’t got a message back about resolving my issue.. now I’m stuck with a product I can’t use bc seller will not contact me back..terrible service
