    Item arrived with some hidden damage to scroll wheel - probably due to mishandling by postal service. Seller was quick to offer replacement and follow up. Response was immediate when I brought it up. It was an inexpensive item, so seller agreed it was not worth the expense of returning and just took my word that the device was broken. Store shows many low cost tech accessories, so I will look to using this vendor in the future,

    I ordered this but it did not come in by expected date. I contacted seller and they promptly responded. They checked and post office said it was lost on transit. They said they would resend and I got it about 4 days later. Seller did everything they could to make it right. I would def buy from them again.

    USPS failed to deliver the package and returned to sender. This was no fault of the seller but fully on USPS. Seller worked with us to get it resolved and sent back out. Great communications. Very happy to have received the item. Very pleased with the resolved transaction. I would recommend this seller.
