  Item arrived as promised and seems of good quality, unfortunately the size was not for a Samsung Tab A9. I notified ebay and was refunded my payment and asked to print off address label to return item. I securely packed item for posting with the requested label attached, supposedly tracked. A few days later my sent package appeared on my doormat, with a Royal Mail red sticker indicating addressee unknown and address incomplete. now unable to inform seller or ebay.

  The service and dispatch by the seller was excellent. However due to the poor local postal service instead of the item being delivered on either the 16th or 17th January ( as advised by the seller) it only came on the 23rd. Not the sellers fault just the poor service by the GPO. Possibly due to backlog caused by inclement weather?
