    The ornament arrived well packaged and quickly after communication with the seller. The seller had accidentally sent the wrong item but sent the right one quickly after letting him know and he included a return label to send the wrong one received back to him. Excellent customer service.

    I received my Mirabel Christmas ornament yesterday and could not be happier. It was packaged very securely and shipping was quick. The ornament is as described: brand new in original box, authentic Hallmark. I knew my granddaughter will love it as soon as I opened the box! She's 2 and 1/2 and loves to dance to Encanto. I cannot wait to see her face when she puts this ornament on her tree this year. The price was excellent too. I highly recommend this seller.
