  Seller still shipped the pennants AFTER I asked him to confirm they were NOT damaged by cigarette smoke. Seller agreed in an email that he'd let me know if there was an issue, adding the items were purchased in an estate sale and he didn't know. Even the triangular box the seller fashioned to ship the items reeked. Deserved a negative but he gave a partial refund which I accepted ONLY because I have neither the time nor desire to repackage them AND make a trip to the post office

  Buyer was offered full refund and free return. He asked for the partial refund because he didn't want to go to the PO? The PO will pick your package up for free from home. Sellers beware.

  Seller is lying by telling half-truths "In our defense..it was clearly stated and I reiterated to you that they came from a storage shed we purchased. We didn't smell a thing funky at all for 40 year old fabric pennants that have never been washed." IT WAS NEVER STATED THAT THE PENNANTS SMELLED
