  PLEASE BEWARE!!! Bought item 10 business days before tariffs, seller decided to wait the 10 business days to ship, had to pay duty that was not mentioned at time of purchase. Photos show item new in box and title as well says new but item received seems used and the box was not included. Item is already overpriced so not getting even the bare minimum of what is listed is a disappointment. Please beware when buying from this seller!

  Great communication, great price, new in box (as described), good way to buy well made tool models not available outside of Japan, shipping was just under two weeks which is reasonable and on par with most items I buy from outside the US.

  Incredible seller! Communication was perfect & always kind, price was more than fair, and the tool is superb, brand new and exactly as described! Seller shipped the item safely, and amazingly quickly--it arrived in less than three days despite shipping from Japan to USA!!   The soundbar came with all the original accessories and packaging. There was a bit of a delay in shipping, but I’m not mad because 1) I was told upfront it was Golden Week (a Japanese holiday) so I should expect a mild delay, 2) the seller was super responsive and went above and beyond to make sure I got everything the that originally came in the box (optical audio cable, original remote, and all the paperwork explaining advanced features) even though the listing advertised only the base system.
