  Package arrived on time and was as described. It arrived in good condition despite the fact that the package had a gap revealing the basket inside. I would expect the contents to be fully enclosed especially for something that is susceptible to bending.

  Order from this seller because they stated all discs are in excellent condition, but all the discs arrived damaged with deep scratches from use, two had surface rot that can't be played. Contacted seller and was told that all discs were "scratch free" before they shipped. I appreciate the fast communication, but not their dishonesty about the condition. Buyers beware.

  I was not dishonest about the condition of these discs and checked them before I mailed the item out. Regardless, as I was the seller and they were not satisfied, I did offer them to return the item for a full refund, including shipping. They decided against this and gave me the negative feedback instead of returning the item. I try to represent all items in my store as best as I can, and if a customer is not happy with the item, I'm more than happy to allow a return for refund.
