    How was there a mix up on the description vs what you received??? You placed the order on 11/11/2024 at 12:16 PM and cancelled the order on 11/11/2024 12:30 PM. Since the order was cancelled you did not receive anything from us.

    A+++ on product expected time should be a bit clearer and Costomer service was a bit blunt but this was third time buying from them so the accuracy and quality of the product actually cancelled out that short coming I would recommend this product to anyone it’s worth the wait

    Per the listing (at the top middle of the page under the price and shipping charges) the item "Will usually ship within 10 business days of receipt of the payment." Business days are Monday through Friday only (not including Holidays). This information is also displayed on the Shipping and payment tab on the eBay item page.
