The listing by the seller indicated "best offers" would be considered, but TWO separate offers were COMPLETELY IGNORED ... not responded to at all. So I ended up ordering 1/2 the quantity I intended at the Buy Now price. I'm sure it's possible to list items without "Best Offer" as an option. You need to respond if you do include the option!
