Should have been shipped in a box with bubble wrap for protection. Plastic on the farad was cracked real bad and even the hard plastic cap cover on the item was cracked but seller just apologized and said send it back and this was a birthday gift and I didn’t want to show up to his house without a gift so I just dealt with it because I was installing it anyway for him and it did work spite the crack in the lid.
