    The item, which arrived quickly, was securely packaged. The DVD was inserted in a plastic sleeve, wrapped in bubble-wrap, and placed in a box with a "Fragile" sticker on the exterior. The seller also included a handwritten thank you card, along with a discount coupon for further purchases. The DVD is exactly as described and photographed. The seller included enough clear photographs to assess item's condition, as well as a thorough written description. A very professional EBAY business! A+

    What a FAB experience! Item arrived very timely and packaged in standard DVD size padded envelope but with a piece of cardboard on each side to prevent case/disc damage. Seller included a "thank you" note as well as a discount card for future purchases. Felt like a personal, more old fashioned buying experience. Great customer service in all aspects.
