They have agreed to a return with the item and a full refund. The seller would have happily sent out another dress but as I need it very soon for an event and have managed to source the same item on their website, they have been most helpful. Item sent back and awaiting refund.

However they have agreed with me that their headline statement and picture is misleading and so will endeavor to change their headline. They offered a free R, but I have kept them. Their Communications and Customer Service has been excellent. Thank you, a great 10 out of 10 Company.
