    outstanding is the word I would use exacly what I needed for my cantankerous Asus x99-m ws motherboard. Packaging was excellent took all of 10 minutes to swap out would recomend a bios chip puller. Would buy again a very reliable seller with good communication.

    I am so very glad I found a replacement BIOS chip from this store. Not only did they respond to my question and support question in a very quick manner, but also shipped my replacement BIOS chip out super fast when I ordered it, since I was in a rush to get it into a motherboard that I needed to get fixed at home asap. BIOS arrived, well packaged, and was easy to swap into the motherboard. Works great and resolved an issue with a BIOS locked motherboard. A+ eBayer and Great BIOS chip!

    Item arrived on time and was package well. Just as described fits dewalt battery’s tight and snug, unlike others I’ve bought on eBay, these are very nice quality for the price and even came with mounting hardware. Definitely would buy these from this seller again.

    I never received this order from their eBay store but was recently awarded a refund for the "lost"," missing" BIOS chip I ordered from this eBay store so am satisfied with their actions;i may order again from them soon..
