  Seller was very communicative and friendly, and was ready to answer any and all questions I had. Package arrived in great condition and exactly as described! There was some issue with the original shipping, but the seller fixed the issue ASAP and resent it without any more issues before I even noticed. Highly recommend this seller!

  Never trust this seller. First she sent wrong product, when I contacted her she asked me to return it, so I returned it. When I got the msg that product has been delivered , I asked her to send me the right product. But she denied and said she hasn't received it. After giving her all postal details, I asked her, if she doesn't want to send correct product, then at least refund me. Next day she processed refund and asked if I received it. It was showing processing, but i never received it.

  My well-wrapped package arrived. The Lan Wangji figure was in GREAT SHAPE and on time. It looks beautiful, the quality is perfect, well worth the cost.   arrived broken, though it was packaged pretty decently. It was the little bird that perches on the cup that fell off in shipping. i think it was just a little too delicate. seller did give me partial refund and im gonna try gluing it.
