  The item shipped to me open. We believe USPS may have incorrectly handled it. I reached out to the seller, and they were able to refund my money. The product was as described. It was just unfortunate how USPS handled the Shipping. The seller was very professional and understanding with my concerns.

  No real complaints but probably could have been shipped in a “bubble lined” envelope. Plastic bowl could have cracked. Inside package was kind of beat up. Glad it arrived undamaged! And a great value for the money.
