    Hi I won t fully revise the comments, because although the item came in the original package and the description stated that the package was open, the description also stated that the item contained all the parts, which was not true, it was lacking the CD and the cable. I think it would be good if the seller was more transparent about the item.

    Understood you are not satisfied here, we did not fully open the package to check it as we did not want to destroy the packaging. Would be more than happy to provide a refund for the USB cable needed. Software is available online per a google search. As a buyer it would be nice if you reached out to discuss options, refund/return before leaving negative feedback. Appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you as a customer.
