  Good seller. Item exactly as described in listing. Good communication. Great packing, and fast shipping. The Two 2.5 gallon containers were sealed exceptionally well & then sealed in separate plastic bags before packed into a heavy duty box for shipping - best ever!!! Would buy from again.

  Item was as described!! Customer service was great. Shipping was very bad… Fed x delivered my boxes broken and items out of boxes on the ground. I wish they would change the shipping to UPS .. This is the second time Fed x delivered this way. JEGS solved the problem and not their fault.

  I had received one of these before, and the picture on the box was different than the one that was inside of it, but when I contacted them, it was the right muffler. just the wrong picture on the box. They were very, very good and helping me sort out the situation I would buy from them again.

  Slow shipping for Jegs, usually get their items in a couple days, but when I asked what the delay was they responded quickly with an apology & I received it the next day. Probably an oversight. Item as described! Thanks!

  Great price and fast shipping. Could have done a better job with the packaging though, the boxes containing the axles had no protection besides the staples holding the box halves together. Both packages were thoroughly thrashed by Fedex resulting in each axleshaft missing wheel studs upon delivery. If I didn't need these axles on my truck I'd have refused delivery. You can't ship in just the off-the-shelf box without damage, especially for heavier parts.

  Item showed up very quickly, was packaged well. Jegs requested that the package had to be signed in person, which was a huge burden. Jegs customer service never responded to my concern over the signature required. Be prepared to do additional work to item , i had to tap the threads in 75% of the holes in order to get the set knobs to screw in all the way. Other then that, a heavy duty body cart it is. Cheaper then most.
