  Item came in excellent new condition and as described. Excellent quality. Detailed appearance of school and accessories around outside of it. Packaging with packing paper was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again!

  This item was as described, but unfortunately arrived damaged, despite seller's best attempt to pack it carefully. But my main reason for leaving a review today is to say that this seller stands behind his products. I sent photos of the broken ornament, and seller promptly refunded my money. I was thankful for such an easy and fast resolution to my issue!
