  Glasses were packed well; however, one glass arrived broken. The seller was very cooperative and issued a partial refund for the damaged item. It was not damaged due to improper packaging. Not sure what happened to cause the glass to break. The price of items and shipping fee was fair. Very nice seller.

  This was a superior experience with the seller for the two glass mugs. The items were exactly as described. Initially, I thought the shipping was a little expensive, but when I received the package, it was wrapped so carefully and labeled so well that the shipping cost was well worth every penny the value of this item and the shipping where to par!
