  As always, every experience with this seller reminds me why I'm a repeat customer. All the usual great things occurred this time - titles were packaged safely and securely with good materials. The books all arrived in great shape. And...when there was a potential delivery issue, the seller was ready to step in and make it right, even if it wasn't their mistake! Fortunately, it wasn't needed and everything worked out well. But if it hadn't, this seller was right there!
