    The product was shipped immediately, and was quite carefully packaged with plastic wrap, bubble wrap, and some paper padding. The product appears to have suffered no damage in transit and is as advertised. Overall excellent experience.

    I had one of these that got clobbered by lightning and needed another one to watch a tremendous amount of training videos. This vendor deserves a five-star rating for the transaction/experience; was shipped very quickly; damage; the description was actually better then described in the communication was perfect. Very pleased that it had been tested and date stamped with the hard drive recordings to test the hard drive.
