  Bought a replacement keyboard for an old HP laptop - at a great price. Seller contacted me when it shipped - which was fast. Keyboard arrived in the mail in perfect condition - it was very well packaged. It is a perfect replacement - the laptop looks much better with a full set of keys! This seller is awesome.

  While I have some legitimate issues with the quality of this item, the Seller was prompt in send it when it was first purchased, sent it in proper packaging, and later on responded quickly and positively to address my concerns about the item - and to make it right.
