  They contacted me quickly after ordering, but more importantly after all the issues going on with shipping they contacted me and helped work with me to get the package despite issues not their fault (resulting in the package initially getting sent back to them). But they were quick to communicate and helped sort the issue out quickly. It arrived very soon after and was well protected. Package was in perfect condition, exactly what was pictured. They did a wonderful job.

  I had at first received the wrong item, but the seller was quick to fix the issue. They provided me with the return label for the incorrect item and worked quickly to send the correct. The seller was very nice, understanding, and professional during communications! I have since received the correct item. It was packaged well and as described. Thanks!

  Seller message me as soon as I placed my order. Fast shipping, great seller. Great product. Securely packaging, even though one of the boxes was a little bit damaged, but the figurines were in perfect state, just as described. The money I paid was the best I could find for both.   Shipping is from Japan and seller shipped out expediently! Packaging was done very secure and protected. Item is as described. Item is used and from 1986 and is a valued purchase.   Despite not receiving the package, since it was the mail systems fault for not delivering it I got a refund, the host was most helpful with getting to the proper solution for said issue, I am very grateful for what they did going our of their way and even giving me a refund, I highly recommend this person, they are wonderful, they know what they are doing and have proper customer service communication, they care about their customers and are a good example of what a seller should be, thank you..
