  Quality, condition, value, and appearance are all excellent. I am most impressed with the shipping package. Bubble wrap, on top of 2 bags, with plastic wraps, with added card boards... The item was shipped with excellent packaging and protection. That's why product and service from Japan are the best.

Buyer also provided personal hospitality by offering to go the extra mile to acquire any item in his country that is exclusive and ship it over for a cost.   Amazing communications, very prompt in informing me when the item was shipped out. When i received the product, i actually found a crack on the right side. Reported this back to them, and after apologising profusely after they verified the crack, they offered partial refund. one of the best shopping experience i've had on ebay, integrity and initiative of the highest order. will definitely shop here again if they carry something i'm looking for!
