  Great experience w/the seller - item was in brand new packaging, unopened and as advertised. Seller promptly answered questions. One note, and maybe it's because I'm new to buying from overseas, but although shipping was free, the US import fee was $77 (got a bill later directly from FedEx). No knock on the seller, they were great, but FYI for other folks who might not be aware since that was a big unexpected extra cost.

  The photobook came as described with the paper standee and was packaged well. The only issue I had was that the seller stated that the item would be expedited shipping and picked up by DHL/FedEx once in destination country. However, it was USPS Ground Advantage which isn't expedited shipping, so that was kind of disappointing.

  L oggetto è esattamente come descritto,la collana è ben fatta,arrivata nei tempi previsti,qualche giorno in anticipo,quindi una spedizione abbastanza veloce.Venditore gentile,disponibile nel rispondere alle mie domande ..... spero che la collana con il tempo non si annerisca bagnandola,ma per ora sono molto soddisfatta del mio acquisto.

  I've purchased from this seller in the past and they have consistently provided high-quality items. The seller went above and beyond on carefully packaging this photobook and also making sure the photocard was in an individual toploader. Soft cover photobooks are notorious for bending slightly during storage and also shipping, but the seller carefully packaged it so it arrived in as-described condition.

  So i actually made a mistake while purchasing this, completely my bad and I realized quickly I wouldn’t be able to use this item. So I reached out to the seller and they very kindly said it was no problem to refund as they hadn’t shipped it yet! So happy with the seller and even though I made the mistake, they were happy to help! I will definitely make another purchase from this seller, and be sure to be more mindful when purchasing! :)
