  There was a little confusion as the delivery note said it was a 12v regulator even though it should be 24v, after a message to the seller it was confirmed very quickly that it was indeed 24v as ordered. I would buy from these again

  5 star I'd give them ten if I could, what other firm would just send out another straight away and making sure I would receive it within 24 hours of which I did. The previous one got "lost" no surprise there as it was Hermes/Evri delivering it I messaged the seller he immediately sent me out another one delivered by royal mail There was no argument no ongoing discussion like leave it for a couple of days then come back if you still haven't received it, another one out & delivered well done 👍
