    The item was exactly as described and the shipping was super fast! Unfortunately the item was defective, to no fault of the seller. They were good at communicating with me and trying to get it solved, and when nothing worked to fix the defect they did offer to refund. Bummed about the binoculars, but satisfied with the transaction overall. Thanks!

    Had an odd issue with the camera being new but registered with one else. I bought up the odd issue and seller worked with me and gave me a small refund in return. I reset the camera and it works as advertised. Seller is communicative and supportive, would recommend, thank you!

    So happy to have the ORIGINAL WinBridge WB001 Portable Voice Amplifier, exactly like the one that I already own and love; brand new and great price. Seller kindly tested it out for me before I ordered it, so I knew it did NOT have the loud little mini-song when you turn it on and off (a new feature on next generation models which makes it unusable for our live performances).
