    My first item arrived damaged, I messaged the seller who responded quickly and another one was dispatched the same day. Although I am disappointed that the item got damaged, even though it was very well packaged. the whole process was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be using this seller again.

    Finding a company that will actually post this item is rare, but the effort they put in to ensure it arrived in one piece is perfection. Unpacked, wrapped in bubble wrap. Re-packaged with more bubble wrap before being put in another box. I have a bigger more expensive purchase to make, safe to say who I will use!

    Window latch for my Canadian RV, impossible to find in the US, I ordered from UK. Seller is awesome, fast shipping, great communication, item exactly as described, 5 stars! However eBay international shipping had problems. Got to the US ok but US tracking just said "CITY, STATE 0000" then stopped updating. It missed 2x delivery dates. After over a week of no tracking updates I thought for sure it was lost. Contacted eBay, they said wait 2 more days and here it is! Better late than never! ❤️❤️❤️
