  Exquisitely packaged and I’m surprised at how fast it arrived! The set is beautiful, brand new and arrived with no damage as it was described in the listing! They were kind enough to build me a custom bundle and I already can’t wait to use them. Yes this set of pots and pans are expensive, but well worth it, in my opinion. Communication was easy, and they went out of their way to help me get the set I wanted without having to pay extra shipping fees for individual orders. Thank you!

  Haven’t used it yet - so kind of hard to fairly judge for all those potential customers out there. But, aI can say it arrived quickly. I got several automated update messages on shipping status, etc., It looks sturdy - is BPA free & silicone as described. Looks to be in good condition. And, it was well packaged. Thanks so much! :)

  I bought a NEW open box item, but it had no original box, just the pan shipped by itself. Description said open box item, which is a new item that is opened but still comes with the manufacturer packaging, and that was not what I received. This was a gift, so I can't just give it to them in bubble wrap like it was sent. I sent multiple messages about my issue and there was ZERO RESPONSE FROM SELLER! I should have bought direct from manufacturer brand new for $14 more!!!

Also, this product is not available anywhere else for the $14 price you mentioned, as we are the official distributor of this item. The packaging was indeed noted as damaged.
