  There was a mismatch in what the seller listed and what was sent, but I believe this to be an inventory/listing error. To the seller’s credit, they were very quick to allow a refund on multiple items. It took maybe all of 5 minutes to resolve the issue. The seller’s contact info in their description, it’s also worth mentioning, sorely needs to be updated. But their response on eBay was lightning fast.

  I received my product on time earlier today. The package was wrapped securely to help protect it against any possible shipping damages. I appreciated that very much! After unwrapping, I found the product to be in very good condition just as the vendor described! I give high marks on all the suggested topics listed, which are quality, appearance, value, and condition! I am happy with the entire process from start to finish and the vendor has earned my recommendations to others!

  I purchased several items at once from the seller that was listed as new, all the items arrived with box damage and one item had a price tag sticker on the bottom of the box. None of this was described in the listing, I contacted the seller which has an automated message reply system. A real person did message me back, but it’s a fairly lengthy process to do a return with this seller, I did end up getting a full refund for the items that I purchased.
