  Arrived when expected. Well packaged. In condition described. Seller assisted quickly when there was a small issue and resolved it without question. Very fair and reasonable. One small caveat - when an item is described as having a certain number of bays, check with the seller that all bays are in fact connected and operational. With a second-hand server, obtaining components can be a challenge. Apart from that, smooth transaction. Thanks.

  The server arrived in excellent condition (better quality than expected) and was dispatched very quickly. There was a small issue with a license, but the seller resolved it within an hour. Very pleased with both the product and the service.
