    Shipping was pretty quick and value was good, but unfortunately the seller shipped the incorrect item. When I addressed the issue it took some hand-holding for the seller to correct the issue. Ultimately I was satisfied with the resolution (seller replaced the incorrect item with the correct product) but the process and communication was a bit frustrating. Eventually, the item was as described, new in box, and it's a great product.

    The item was received quickly, and the seller was amazingly responsive and helpful. It was packaged well for shipping and received as described. I just got done installing the feeder on a tree in my backyard and look forward to seeing what birds visit tomorrow.

    $1800 item. Picked up in person 60 miles from my home. Got home and found a critical piece of hardware missing. (Front axle on ebike) Other than the one missing item that was exactly as described brand new never been opened or used. Seller kept in touch with me the whole time. I spent most of the following day finding the piece that I needed and seller and I agreed upon compensation for my time and effort. Recommend seller!! Thanks
