The mission of the Used Book Store is to take in donations of books and other items to sell and raise funds to support ongoing restoration projects at the Illinois Railway Museum.

They also worked with the individual at the other address to route the package to me. Upon arrival the item was in condition as described (good), properly functional, and all at a price that is difficult to find for a controller like this. So even if it was with a Dualshock 4, I'm glad to support the Illinois Railway Museum.
