  Excellent packing, seriously, packaging was incredible and they went the extra mile to put an extra piece of cardboard so you don’t cut the bubble pack or product when cutting open the box!   There was a period of uncertainty (i.e. a few business days) where I ordered the item, it had not shipped, and an explanation was not provided from the vendor. I called them, however, and they were responsive and the order was taken care of shortly thereafter. Overall, a positive experience.
