    Seller advertised the item as new, but the part and box was DAMAGED! I reached out to the seller first and they said they would give a partial $5 refund if I kept the item. I agreed and canceled my return request. THE SELLER THEN IGNORES ALL MY MESSAGES. I gave them more than a week to respond. THEY NEVER PROVIDED THE PARTIAL REFUND. SUCH A DISHONEST SELLER.
