  Initially I had a problem with this transaction as a similar spec. HDD was supplied but not the one I ordered. However, the vendor dealt with the issue extremely promptly and honourably, the replacement arriving well-packed and within hardly more than 24 hours. The correct disk is new, unused, shows no SMART faults. Great quality. value and not a mark on it. I have bought from this supplier before and will certainly do so again. Good communication from him as well.

  I specifically ordered and paid for this item as I wanted an Hitachi drive as described in the listing. I was sent a WD Green drive not Hitachi - which in my view is an inferior product to what I orderd. Won't be ordering anything else from this seller. No covering explanation as to why they had not sent what I actually ordered

  The drive arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Had an issue with the original order, but they resolved it quickly with great communication and a generous replacement. Would definitely buy from them again!
