  Came exactly as described and worked. Not a bad deal for the device in it's condition. Packaging was ok with some thin bubble wrap so glad the post office was not rough with it. Only negative was it took almost 4 days before it was shipped to me, ordered the 23rd of May and received the 2nd of June other than that I would recommend.

  It was an open box, but the tablet was in pristine condition, not a scratch on it. It was missing the cable but the seller says they will send me one so no complaints there. Shipping did take four days after the label was printed to actually get in the mail, but that’s about the only negative. I would definitely recommend the seller for your tech needs.

  Phone shipped was not unlocked as advertised. It probably was an honest mistake and the vendor worked well with me to help get the phone unlocked. Eventually, vendor accepted a refund. The process was smooth. Overall, I would buy from this vendor again. They are honest, responsive and helpful.

  The seller was responsive and patient with me. The shipping took a little minute but it was cool. Packaging was great and the device was in great condition. Unfortunately, I guess it's because it's not a standard phone, they missed an issue with the z flip 4 which caused it to shut down when folding it closed. Thankfully the seller was understanding and offered a refund for the mishap. I would recommend this seller.

  Highly detailed, very accurate description & pictures; item arrived quicker than expected, in two layers of bubble wrap and a padded mailer. Have been testing it for a couple of days; works great. Would buy from again- Thanks!

  Seller is a scammer. Listed the phone as open box, but I received a filthy, heavily used device — full of scratches, dents, and dirt in every gap. It looks disgusting. I even messaged before buying to confirm the condition, but the seller lied. I recorded an unboxing video as proof. This was meant to be a gift, but it's in such bad shape I’m embarrassed to give it. Seller refused to refund anything. Totally dishonest and shameless. Avoid this seller at all costs.

  Buyer has only provided three small scratches on the outside of the screen . Secondly buyer did not share full images on eBay messages with being repeatedly asked to provide them . Lastly this is an open box item and hundreds of satisfied customers of open box . Open box item is 9/10 and there is no where mentioned in our description that it will be brand new . Buyer has only shared semi scuffs and we do not agree with partial refund as a result . Buyer has not asked for return . Thank you
