  Beautiful plates, bought to complete a set. Arrived very well packaged, on time and in condition as described. International shipping costs are always expensive but nevertheless overall represents reasonable value. Good communication with seller, very happy with this purchase

  Shipping was fast. All items were there, and packed extremely well. After a close inspection, all items were checked for damage. They were exactly as described. All 9 cups and saucers were a better value here, than at the one, at the major warehouse, which usually has any extra pieces such as platers and serving bowls ware.

  Got what I wanted with zero cosmetic issues and hassle! The seller shipped it out as soon as possible and made sure the bowls were secure by using bubble wrap and packing peanuts. I trust the seller enough to buy the same set again for future gifting purposes.

  This item was packaged what looked like a third grader wrapped it up in. Not secured at all from possible damage. Socket broken off lamp, ships bell on side completely broken off, Lamp is literally in several large pieces. If I were an expert on shipping, I would say this item was dropped prior to packaging. It isn't worth a dollar bill. This vendor is bad, worse I have ever delt with. The bubble wrap was crammed in box not even around lamp. foam was jammed in bottom corner. Terrible deal. FFF-

  We heard of problem via this negative left. We then reached out to buyer and tried to communicate and fix the probelm, but the buyer wants no resoltion to this unfortunate event. Was packed w/ many layers of bubble wrap and adidtional packing materials to keep it safe. Socket was not broken off, we unscrwewed it from the base,and of course the item was not broke prior to packing. Finding resolution is what customer service is and being grumpy is all buyer would like to do?
