    Initially I received 2 batteries instead of the advertised 4 however, after a quick email to the seller pointing out the shortfall, they posted out 2 additional batteries and emailed an apology for the original oversight. Can't ask for anything better from a seller. Well done.

    Impressed with speedy response to earlier feedback, together with an explanation of the reason why the order had not been fulfilled within the advertised time-frame and an offer to reimburse the amount paid. As I still want the pendant, and am willing to wait for the 2 to 3 week delivery timescale the refund was declined and the seller is going to amend the delivery time on eBay. A happy outcome.
