  I received an empty package with no product inside. I contacted the seller and provided clear proof, but never received a response. Very disappointing experience.

  The item was shipped. The notice on package clearly explains that USPS damaged the item so this was not my error. I did not receive any request until the poor review was placed. The buyer should have contacted their USPS or allowed me to do an insurance claim before going with negative review
